Module five’s guest PM asked me to explain bill-pay drop-off without opening a laptop. I could not, the first time. The second readout used the template and she stopped asking for a dashboard export.

Feature Funnel Reporting Studio
You arrive with one feature and the events you already fire. You leave with a stage contract, a funnel that uses a real denominator, and a two-page readout a PM can restate.
Learning outcomes
- Write a feature stage contract that engineering and design can both sign.
- Separate qualified start, commit, and success acknowledgement.
- Publish a completion rate with a simple interval instead of a lone percentage.
- Produce a PM readout that states what you will not claim.
- Version an event without silently breaking last quarter’s funnel.
Modules
- 01 · Event inventory and naming discipline Spreadsheet first. Ghosts, duplicates, and names that cannot survive a translator are marked in public.
- 02 · A feature as a sequence, not a screen You define start, commit, success, and optional recovery for one capability only.
- 03 · Building the funnel without leaking identity Properties stay free of PII. We practise privacy-safe joins that still let you count unique starters.
- 04 · Reading drop-off with intervals Small Bangkok cohorts get a range. Language like “collapsed” is banned unless the interval supports it.
- 05 · Reporting for PMs who will not open a BI tool Two pages. One shipping implication. A guest PM tries to restate your finding.
- 06 · Archive hygiene when schemas change Versioned events, sunset notes, and how to keep a historical funnel readable after a rename.

Araya Thongchai
Lead instructor. Former product analytics lead at a Bangkok fintech, where she retired three “activation” dashboards that mixed KYC with payments. She still reviews every Research Partnership schema before a funnel is drawn.
Office hours sit on Thursday afternoons, ICT.
Informational fees
Atelier Seat THB 28,800 covers live critique, office hours, and one quarter in the alumni room. Desk Pass THB 9,400 covers recordings and thirty days of written questions. A Research Partnership for a squad is listed on the fees page. No payment is taken on this website.
FAQ
Do you teach Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Firebase certification?
No. That is a real limitation of the studio, not a humble-brag. We will work inside the tool you already have, including a spreadsheet if that is all you hold. If you need a vendor badge, buy it from the vendor.
Can I bring a feature that is still in design?
Only if you can name a plausible start event you are willing to instrument within the first two weeks. Hypothetical funnels without a tracking ticket stall the critique.
Is the cohort in English?
Discussion moves between Thai and English. Written contracts and event names are English-first so engineering tickets stay stable. Araya will not grade your prose style.
What if my schema is a mess?
That is the usual intake. Module one exists for that reason. If the mess is organisational rather than technical, consider a Research Partnership instead of a public seat.
Reviews from this programme
★★★★☆
Week one still feels like homework. I wanted charts. The inventory caught a duplicate “save” event our contractor had added. Without that, module four would have been theatre.
Client in media streaming · remote seatAraya will send a funnel back if the start population includes people who never saw the feature. That rule alone cleaned our quarterly review.
